even though the light is on ehich means the power is there there is no sound, what does this mean and how doi fix it?
My car amp is hooked up right and its a 4 channel,but when its on the led light is on...?
It means it%26#039;s not hooked up right.
Usually this means you have too little of a load on one or more channels.
A 4-channel amp should have one speaker per channel or (if bridgeable) two speakers per bridged channel.
Any other configuration will have the protect light on.
